The Premier League separately found historical undisclosed third-party payments and accepted Chelsea’s admitted rule breaches; its statement does not identify every payment vehicle. The Guardian and Bureau of Investigative Journalism have reported loans through Matteson Overseas Ltd in a separate Vitesse investigation. Treat that as reported evidence and trace company filings, loan agreements, beneficial control, dates, and regulator findings before drawing a Chelsea–Vitesse ownership conclusion.
